Admission/Registration fees

Examination fees
Late payment fees
Once these fees are paid, they cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Additionally, if a student is removed or withdraws from the course due to reasons such as disciplinary action, non-payment of fees, poor attendance, or personal decisions, no refund will be provided. Any unused portion of the fees will be considered forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in special cases such as:
Cancellation of a course or batch by the institute
Administrative errors on the part of the institute
In such cases, students may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only in eligible cases), students must contact our student support department through email or in person. The request must include:

Enrollment number
Reason for requesting a refund
Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days. Additional information may be asked if needed.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
The amount will be processed within 30 working days from the approval date.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
The amount refunded will depend on the specific reason and stage of the course.
Students must submit their bank details along with a signed refund request form.
